Auto Factory Fujiiro Monthly Photo-Review Giveaway — Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor. Auto Factory Fujiiro / Danny Imports LLC (“Sponsor”), 21 Prescott St. Weymouth MA 02190, USA.
2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state) at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate families are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Giveaway Period. The giveaway runs on a rolling monthly basis. Each calendar month is a separate drawing. Entries received during a calendar month are eligible for that month’s drawing only.
4. How to Enter. There are two ways to enter, and each carries an equal chance of winning:
- (a) Photo-review entry: Submit a product review that includes a photo through our review platform. Your review may be positive, negative, or neutral — the rating or content of your review has no effect on your chance of winning. Only that you submitted a review with a photo matters.
- (b) Free alternate entry (no purchase and no review necessary): Email one (1) car- or JDM-related photo along with your full name to hello@autofactoryfujiiro.jp with the subject line “Giveaway Entry,” OR hand-print your full name, email address, and the words “Fujiiro Giveaway” on a 3"x5" card and mail it to the Sponsor address above.
Limit one (1) entry per person per calendar month, regardless of method. Automated, duplicate, or bulk entries are void.
5. Prize. One (1) winner per month will receive one (1) Auto Factory Fujiiro shirt (winner’s choice of available design and size), approximate retail value $30 USD, shipped free to a U.S. address. Prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
6. Winner Selection & Odds. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the applicable month, within approximately seven (7) days after the month ends. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Notification. The potential winner will be notified by email. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within seven (7) days, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
8. Photo & Publicity Rights. By submitting a photo, you confirm it is your own and grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it (with the reviewer’s first name/handle) for marketing and promotional purposes. By accepting a prize, the winner consents to the use of their first name for winner announcements.
9. General. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, TikTok, Google, or Judge.me. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if it cannot be run as planned. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
