Every order ships from our US warehouse in Massachusetts — not from overseas.

• Processing: 1–2 business days.
• Delivery: typically 2–5 business days within the US, with tracking on every order.
• Rates: calculated at checkout by weight and destination.

Because our products are imported from Japan in limited runs, occasionally an item sells out before inventory syncs. If that happens with your order, we'll contact you within 24 hours with the option of a full refund or first claim on the next run.
