We want you to be happy with what you ordered. Here's how returns work:

• 30-day window: unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Air fresheners: returnable only if the packaging is unopened (scent products can't be restocked once opened).
• How: message us via the contact page with your order number. We'll send return instructions. Return shipping is on the buyer unless we sent the wrong or a defective item.
• Damaged or wrong item? Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full — including shipping. No hassle.
• Refunds land on your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.

Limited-run items may not be replaceable — if a replacement isn't available, we refund.
