Refund policy

We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Air fresheners are returnable only if unopened. To start a return, contact us via the
contact page on our site with your order number and we'll send instructions. Return
shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or
incorrect — in those cases, send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace the
item or issue a full refund including shipping. Refunds are issued to the original payment
method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return. Limited-run items that cannot be
replaced will be refunded.
